The Iron Workers finished hurling iron into the sky and there sits the skeleton of our new school. All the other support crafts, such as the electricians, carpenters, plumbers and laborers swarm the building, trying to complete the structure before school completes in the fall. They work diligently while installing essential pieces of infrastructure including AC tubing, insulation, and even the early stages of lighting for the building.
In addition to the well-constructed framework of the building, workers are even going as far as coating the enormous pillars of steel in a protective coating to prevent corrosion from saltwater and allow personnel more time to escape in case of a fire.
With clear weather and a bit of luck, the new school will welcome Ball High students in the fall!
