The Ball High girls’ golf team competed in the Clear Creek Lady Wildcat Invitational at Moody Gardens GC the past two days. The Lady Tors only competed in the individual portion of the event.
Mackenzie Mielsch led the Lady Tors by shooting a 36-hole score of 203 (110-93), which tied for 34th place out of 80 players. This was Mackenzie’s lowest round for the season.
Sara Jolin shot a 36-hole score of 205 (105-100), which tied for 38th place out of 80 players. This was a personal low score for Sara.
Friendswood won the team event with a score of 681 (333-348). Jisoo Yoon of Katy Taylor won the individual event with a score of 157 (76-81).
