Ball High juniors and seniors lived out their fairytale fantasy on Saturday night at Prom 2026. Hosted at Moody Garden’s Convention Center, beautiful lights and balloons created a scene straight from the imagination and all-around Ball High faculty mingled disguised as Disney villains and heroes.
The theme, Happily Ever After, created an atmosphere of love in the air as couples and friends stormed the dance floor with glittery crowns and gowns to dance the night away. When the lights dimmed and the music slowed, the prom king and queen were announced and there an uproar of applause exploded when Amazing Johnson and Josiah Evans received their crowns, and the excitement of being voted king and queen that rushed over their faces could not be concealed.
It was a perfect way to close the chapter on the 2025-2026 school year, celebrating all the achievements and milestones that the mighty Tors have accomplished. As the crowd faded out and the room’s population thinned, everyone left with bittersweet memories that will live on for years in the minds of all the participants.
