The Ball High girls’ varsity golf team came in 9th place out of 19 teams at the Clear Creek Lady Wildcat Invitational at Bay Oaks Country Club by shooting a team score of 420. This brings the Lady Tors season record to 20-10.
Mackenzie Mielsch led the Lady Tors by shooting a score of 93, which tied for 7th Place out of 75 total players. The rest of the Lady Tors were Sara Jolin (100-21st), Parker Holland (113-51st) and Dolores Salinas (114-52nd).
Summer Creek won the team event with a score 375 and Kaitlin Kiew of Bellaire won the individual title with a score of 82.
The Ball High girls varsity golf team took home the 3rd place medals today at their own Galveston Ball Girls Oleander Classic by shooting a team score of 379. This brings the Lady Tors season record to 10-2.
Mackenzie Mielsch led the Lady Tors by shooting a personal best 82, which tied for 2nd Place out of 54 total players. The rest of the Lady Tors were Parker Holland (88-T5th)(personal best), Sara Jolin (98-T20th) and Dolores Salinas
(111-41st)(personal best).
Lamar won the team event with a score of 341 and Lelia Modr of Lamar won the individual title with a score of 81.
