The Ball High School Lady Tornadoes have built a strong 2025-26 campaign, standing at 20-8 overall with a 7-2 record in district play as post season action nears.
Senior Captains Kalyn “KK” Toussaint and Braeon Arceneaux have been instrumental to the team’s success, leading the scoring attack with Toussaint averaging 17.3 point per game and contributing nearly three assists and 2.3 steals per game., while Arceneaux averages 14.5 ppg and 4.1 rebounds per game., giving Ball a dynamic veteran duo that can take over games with their explosive skills.
Sophomore guard Rai Lacy has added valuable scoring punch to the team averaging 11.4 ppg. Freshman forward Leandrea Ruiz made an immediate impact around the rim, averaging 4.2 rebounds per game and shooting with great efficiency, providing the Lady Tors balance and depth on both ends of the court.
With that blend of experienced leadership and emerging talent, the Lady Tors have positioned themselves as formidable district contenders with momentum heading into the playoffs.
