During the last regular game of the season, the Tors (9-1, 8-0) knew they had to win to earn a spot in the playoffs and they completely obliterated the Wisdom Generals by a score of 65-6.
There were many great passes and plays from sophomore quarterback, Kyden Barker, throughout the game. Barker passed the ball to Ju’Waan Woodbury, sophomore wide receiver, and he scored on an amazing catch and run for a 67-yard touchdown.
Junior receiver Arentheis Winn scored both a 54-yard touchdown and a 26-yard touchdown. Defensive back Jonah Williams also had a great interception return leading to a touchdown. Altogether, the team knew they had a crowd to impress at home and did exactly that, ending the season well and preparing for playoffs. The Tors play tonight at Courville Stadium at 7 p.m.
