The Ball Street Journal Political Cartoon Contest resulted in a tie for 1st place between Cooper Berry and his cartoon about “Thoughts and Prayers” and school shootings and Isabella Trevino and her “Barbie” cartoon dealing with misogyny and a patriarchal society. Each finalist received a $25 gift certificate to a local merchant.
