As we all know, Ai is making a huge difference in how the world works and will greatly influence the future of technology. Bill Gates is predicting that Ai will transform everyone within the next five years.

“As we had agricultural productivity in 1900, people were like ‘Hey, what are people going to do?’ In fact, a lot of new things, a lot of new job categories were created and we’re way better off than when everybody was doing farm work,” Gates reported.

He believes the evolution of AI will be like that. He believes that AI will make everyone’s lives easier, especially when doctors need help with paperwork. Paperwork is supposedly “part of the job they don’t like, we can make that very efficient.” Gates said. “After all, the shortages of doctors and teachers is way more acute in Africa then it is in the West.”

On the other hand, the CEO of ChatGPT, Sam Altman, firmly disagrees with this. This system of artificial intelligence is “a system that is sometimes right, sometimes creative, often totally wrong — you actually don’t want that to drive your car. But you’re happy for it to help you brainstorm what to write about or help you with code that you get to check.”

By saying this Altman shows how AI is supposed to help people with their jobs or when they need help with coming up with ideas or writing something. In no way does he believe that Ai should be used in cars or professional jobs, such as doctors.

By taking away jobs and replacing them with Ai, it negatively impacts the lives of people because they will become more disconnected, which is the last thing we need in the medical field.
