The Ball Street Journal’s “Writer of the Year”, Taylor Albert, won medals in four events at the UIL Academic Championships. Albert earned a second-place medal in Editorial Writing, a sixth-place finish in Copy Editing, a sixth-place ribbon in Headline Writing and a sixth-place ribbon in News Writing. Albert will compete in the regionals in Editorial Writing.
Regionals will be held at Fulshear High School on April 27th.
